Release Agreement for Online Courses
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree that I am willing to be recorded on a call with Misty Harding and Your Inner Landscape (YIL) may use these recordings and my statements for any purpose in its business.
As a participant in any course I accept full responsibility for my emotional well-being, as well as any actions I may take arising from the training or transmissions provided by Misty Harding and YIL.
I release and hold YIL, its agents, officers, employees, directors, successors, and affiliated corporations harmless from any claims arising out of my participation in the instructional or other services offered by YIL or the use of facilities and/or equipment it provides.
Terms and Agreement for Sessions and Programs
Participant Agreement By clicking the indicated box, you irrevocably agree that, if Misty Harding or Your Inner Landscape, (the “Company” or “I”) approves your application and accepts you as a client for Sessions and Programs, then thie Session or Program (the “Agreement”) automatically becomes a binding contract between you and the Company, and applies to your participation.
I may amend this Agreement at any time by sending you a revised version at the address you provided above.
By agreeing to these terms, you authorize the Company to charge your credit or debit card, or cash your check, as indicated on your form, as payment for your participation in the Program, if the Company approves your Application and accepts you into the Program.
Furthermore, you agree that if you are accepted, you are responsible for full payment of fees for the “Commitment Period”, regardless of whether you actually attend or complete the Program.
To further clarify, NO REFUNDS will be issued. By purchasing the product you agree that, if, for any reason, you choose to remove or cancel yourself out of the program prior to the end date of the Commitment Period, you are obligated to pay or continue paying any outstanding balance(s) for the entire program period.
I am committed to providing all Program participants with a positive Program experience. By signing below, you agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the Program without refund if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, if you fail to follow the Program guidelines, or if you impair the participation of Program instructors.
We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of the Company. By signing below, you agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of the Company. We respect your confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively, “Confidential Information”) and must insist that you respect the same rights of the Company.
You agree (1) not to infringe any Program - the Company’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, (2) that any Confidential Information shared by any representative of the Company is confidential and Proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Company.
You further agree that (4) all materials and information provided to you by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property belonging solely and exclusively to the Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company, and (5) the reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited.
Further, by signing below, you agree that, if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph, the Company will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations. You may cancel this transaction without penalty or obligation within three business days from the date of notification of your acceptance into the Program; however, any deposits made are non-refundable.
If you do cancel, you must notify Misty Harding by email. If you cancel, any property received as a member of the Program will be returned in good condition within ten business days following receipt by the merchant of your Cancellation notice.
Client also understands that any/all scheduled calls or other benefits expire at the end of the Commitment Period, and will not be carried over. It is important to note that your benefits MUST be used during the Commitment Period.
I have made every effort to accurately represent the program and its potential. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that as with any endeavor, there is an inherent risk and there is no guarantee that you will see results from your Participation in the program.
